Recover failed payments.
Keep good clients.
Find unpaid subscriptions across your agency and your clients' businesses. RenewalWin helps you follow up under the right brand: by email for your own SaaS renewals, by email for your clients' customers.
The audit is free, needs no credit card, and only reads — it sends nothing.
Failed amount awaiting an observed payment
$5,592
48 unresolved renewals · 24 identified customers · 2 businesses
Observed payments in the same window

What the audit does before you decide anything
Connect your HighLevel agency account. As each business's scan completes you have an audit you can filter, print and share under your branding. Nothing is sent to anyone and nothing in your account changes.
Subscription, transaction and invoice records
Read-only. Across every sub-account you choose.
Card data
Customers only ever pay on Stripe's hosted invoice page.
Nothing
No messages, no invoices, no changes to any workflow or setting.
30, 60 or 90 days, per business, in your branding
What's unresolved, how old it is, and any payment already observed.
Two places an agency loses money to a declined card
Your client's SaaS renewal fails. Follow up by email, and see when it's paid.
Track failed SaaS renewals, follow up by email, and see which invoices have been paid — all from your agency's recovery dashboard:
- Tracks failed renewals — your SaaS subscription book matched to the payment evidence from the account that collects it.
- Email follow-ups from your own sender — to the client, with a link to the invoice, on the schedule you set.
- Payment status and recovery history — which invoices are still open, which have been paid, and what was sent when.
Email-based. Requires SaaS mode with Stripe, part of HighLevel's $497 Agency Pro plan.
HighLevel retries the card. RenewalWin gets the customer to pay.
A gym member's renewal declines. Retries run their course. What's still unpaid afterwards sits there unless someone follows up. RenewalWin is that follow-up:
- Finds unpaid renewals across the sub-accounts you enable. Nothing to configure per location.
- Follows up under the business’s brand — email from its connected sender, with a link to the payment provider’s hosted invoice page.
- Reports what was paid per location and across the agency, white-labeled for your clients.
Works for any agency, with or without SaaS mode. Stripe at launch.

HighLevel gives itself time. Your clients get what you configure.
When an agency's own card fails, HighLevel's documentation describes 21 days of continued access with retries running up to 30 days.3 When your client's card fails inside SaaS mode, suspension is a setting you choose4 — and there is no reminder sequence from your brand unless you build one.

Start with the audit. Add recovery when the numbers say so.
Two separate products with monthly USD offers under review. The free audit does not start a paid subscription. General paid activation remains unavailable pending billing and operational acceptance.

A separate product from Agency Recovery, with its own subscription. Works with or without SaaS mode.
The free audit is separate. General paid recovery remains unavailable pending billing and operational acceptance.
Details and FAQOffers are monthly in USD through the HighLevel marketplace. Taxes and communication-provider usage are additional. Review the actual billed components, renewal and cancellation terms before accepting an available offer; turning recovery on or off is not a verified billing control.
Practical questions
What does the audit need access to, and does it change anything?
Read access to subscriptions, transactions, invoices and contacts, plus the list of your locations. It reads, it reports, it stops. It sends no messages, creates no invoices and changes no setting. You can uninstall it from the marketplace afterwards and nothing you did in HighLevel is different.
How is this different from HighLevel's built-in retries?
Retries and automatic card updates catch a share of failures on their own, and RenewalWin waits for them. Its job is what's left: the renewals still unpaid after the retries have run, which HighLevel's documentation says otherwise have to be collected manually. RenewalWin is that follow-up, automated — it contacts the customer from the business's own brand and sends them to the hosted page where they can pay or enter a new card.
Does RenewalWin charge my customers' cards?
No. RenewalWin sends a link to Stripe's hosted invoice page; the customer enters their own card there.
Will messages come from my brand or yours?
Client Recovery emails use the business’s connected sender identity. RenewalWin’s own optional account SMS program is separate; its consent does not authorize another business to send messages.
Doesn't HighLevel already resume the account when my client pays?
Yes, and RenewalWin doesn't change that. HighLevel's pause and resume settings stay yours. What's missing before that point is the follow-up: Agency Recovery tracks the failed renewal, emails your client from your own sender, and shows you when the invoice is paid.
Does Agency Recovery pause or suspend my client's account?
No. Agency Recovery never changes a client's access. It tracks failed renewals, sends email follow-ups and records payment status and history. Any pause or resume happens in HighLevel's own settings, under your control.
I can see MRR in Agency Analytics now — why do I need this?
Analytics shows you the numbers. Agency Recovery attaches the follow-up: which renewals failed, what was emailed and when, which invoices have since been paid, and the history of each case.
Which HighLevel plan do I need?
Agency Recovery works with SaaS mode, which is part of the $497 Agency Pro plan. Client Recovery works for any agency — the audit will tell you which applies to you.
Which products support SMS?
Client Recovery is email-only. Agency Recovery’s optional SMS remains subject to separate carrier and operational acceptance. RenewalWin’s own account SMS program is separate and does not enroll customers in messages from another business.
Which payment providers are supported?
Stripe at launch. Other providers are on the roadmap.
Does this work for failed signups too?
No — RenewalWin recovers renewals. HighLevel won't create a subscription whose first charge declines, so a failed signup never becomes a subscription to recover. Renewals are where the recurring revenue leaks.
What are the saved Client Recovery prices?
The saved offer is $29 per company plus $12 per business per month, with no trial. Billing counts, component activation and cancellation behavior remain under review before general paid activation. Provider email usage and taxes are additional.
Is there a free trial?
Client Recovery’s saved offer has no trial. Agency Recovery’s proposed 30-day trial remains subject to acceptance. The free read-only audit is separate from both paid offers.
Are Agency Recovery and Client Recovery one subscription?
No. They are separate products with separate subscriptions. Agency Recovery tracks the failed SaaS renewals your clients owe your agency and follows up by email. Client Recovery follows up on your clients’ customer renewals by email only. Any resale arrangement requires its own review. Many agencies need only one.
See what your agency is owed before you decide anything.
